Founder / CEO
Richard has worked in Telecommunications for over 25 years. He sold his first start-up telecoms company in 2000 to Callcom Holdings PLC at just 24 years old. He is passionate about delivering great value for money and an awesome customer experience. Always keen to bring people round the table, Richard was President of the National Association of Round Tables Britain & Ireland 2018-2019 and went on to become a council member of the National Association of 41 Clubs – find out more at www.roundtable.co.uk and www.41club.org. In 2019, to celebrate 92 years of Round Table, he visited all 92 football grounds in the English football league and raised over £20,000 for Birmingham Childrens Hospital, smashing the world record and completing it in just 63 hours 39 minutes. Sales Director
Lee has 20 years’ experience in selling services business to business. He came on board at The Telecoms Audit Bureau after a successful decade of running a sales team in the utilities market. His in-depth knowledge and understanding of the desire of businesses to maximise their profits by getting best value has meant that his appointment to the board has resulted in year-on-year growth in the business
