Richard has worked in Telecommunications for over 20 years. He sold his first start-up telecoms company in 2000 to Callcom Holdings PLC at just 24 years old. He is passionate about delivering great value for money and an awesome customer experience. Lee has 20 years’ experience in selling services business to business. He came on board at The Telecoms Audit Bureau after a successful decade of running a sales team in the utilities market. His in-depth knowledge and understanding of the desire of businesses to maximise their profits by getting best value has meant that his appointment to the board has resulted in year-on-year growth in the business
Victoria has a positive customer-focussed approach and has an incredible ability to deal with difficult situations in a calm and effective manner. Her coaching and mentoring skills have helped develop a Customer Services team which is second to none in the telecoms industry. Through determining priorities, setting targets and monitoring performance, Victoria has ensured that customer satisfaction never falls short of 100%
Rebecca joined the team in 2016 and is an extremely organised and result-focussed professional with significant ability. A pragmatic individual, with a proven track record in managing and motivating both internal employees and partner sales people, consistently achieving required goals and sales targets. Her ability to think outside the box enables her to deliver bespoke solutions which are an inspiration to her clients and colleagues alike.
